1 lbbacon
multi color peppers
2leeks
to tastesalt
to tasteblack pepper
to tastered crush pepper

Cook the bacon til crisp. Drain the bacon and crumble

Set to the side.

Chopped up cabbage, leeks and peppers

Put in pot and steam on low until cabbage is tender. Covered

Stir a couple times while steaming.

When tender, add the crumble bacon and mix it inn. Enjoy
