Ingredients

  1. 2.5 glasswater
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 2 tspsweet corn
  5. 1carrot finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cupboil peas
  7. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  8. 1/2 cupchopped beans
  9. 1/2spring onions
  10. 1 tspchopped garlic and ginger
  11. 1chopped green chilli
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  14. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tspcoriander powder
  16. 1 pouch maggi masala
  17. 1/2lemon
  18. as neededChopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil water.add onion,tomato,carrot,ginger garlic,green chilli,sweet corn and beans.

    Mix well.cover it and cook for 3 min.after 3 min veggies became half boiled.now add boiled peas,capsicum and spring onions.

    Add all spices and maggi masala magicmix well.

  4. 4

    Add 1 bowl oats.mix it.cover and cook for 3-4 min on low flame.

  5. 5

    Oats magic masla is ready.drizzle some lemon juice and garnish with green coriander.serve hot..enjoy
