Ingredients

10-15 minutes
  1. 1 cupOats
  2. 1 tbspCapsicum diced
  3. 1 tbspOnion chopped
  4. 1 tbspGreen peas
  5. 1 tbspFrench beans
  6. 1 tbspChopped carrots
  7. 1Tomato chopped
  8. 1Green chilies
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  11. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  12. 1 tspLemon juice
  13. 1 cupwater
  14. 1 tspDegi mirch
  15. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  16. 1/2 tspKitchen king
  17. 1 tspCoriander powder
  18. as neededOil
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. as neededFresh coriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a kadai add olive oil,it's not necessary you can use any oil. Add cumin seeds and asfodita.when cumin seeds are done then add chopped onions. cooks on low flame.after few seconds add ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Mix them well.

    When onions are done add dry masalas like deggi mirch,tarmric powder, kitchen king masala, coriander powder and salt.mix them well.then add chopped tomatoes. Cook few seconds.when tomatoes turn soft then add all vegitables and cooks on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

    Add oats and water cooks on low flame.then turn off the flame.add lime juice. It's ready to serve.

    Garnish it with fresh coriander.
