Ingredients

1 1/2 cupsmacaroni
1 cupsharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbspbutter
2 tbspAPF
1 cupmilk room temperature
1/2 TSPsalt

Steps

Cook macaroni according the directions. Set aside.

Melt butter, add the flour and whisk until it is dissolved. Then add the milk slowly and keep mixing all together.

When it starts to thicken add the sharp Cheddar cheese and stir. Add salt, pepper to taste. Add the cooked macaroni and stir. Serve and enjoy!!

Added a bit if garlic and onion powder.. really set it off !!! Family loved it
