Ingredients

15 mins
4 servings
  1. 1 lbahi (sushi grade)
  2. 1/2 bunchscallions
  3. 1/2 tspchopped garlic
  4. 1/2 tspchopped ginger
  5. 1 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  6. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

Dice ahi, removing any sinew. Sinew is the white stringy stuff. It's super chewy, so you probably don't wanna put it in your poke.

  2. 2

    Slice the scallions finely.

  3. 3

Combine chopped garlic and ginger with remaining ingredients. Mix it up well and stir in the ahi and scallions.

  4. 4

Delicious over white rice, or on anything crispy (chips, rice crackers, nori chips)
