Peel and wash your potatoes thoroughly, cut them to the size of your preference, Then dry the potatoes with a cloth

Line the oven tin with cooking oil and salt, spread the potatoes on the tin,, add your spices

Preheat your oven, then place the tin in the oven for 30 min with a heat of 240°

Preboil it in garlic and tumeric to add some taste and color
