This recipe is called Hallelujah as depending on the choice and combination of vegetables and spices you use, the taste always end up being different.😂😂😂
Steps
- 1
In a big pan or wok(if you have) heat oil till it is extra hot
- 2
Add in your diced onions, and fry then till they turn golden, then add in your garlic ginger paste.
- 3
Add in your diced(or blended) tomatoes and let cook till they are done, add in your soy sauce and salt, pepper, cayenne, a prince of rosemary and beef chilli cube.
- 4
Once all the spices have blended, start adding the vegetables, add in the small diced carrots, medium diced bell peppers, pre blanched broccoli and French beans, courgettes and eggplants, and let them heat up. Do. Not let them soften.
- 5
Next add in your medium diced pineapple and the pineaple juice squeezed from the centre block, mix thoroughly. Check seasoning, if it is off, use a tbs of sugar to balance it out.
- 6
Next add in the pre boiled Tumeric rice. Mix gently. Put out the heat and continue mixing gently as you add the finely chopped corriander.
- 7
Goes well with a red meat dish eg(pork, fried beef, steak) and a light dry red wine
