Ingredients

  • 500 gmMatar
  • For chutney
  • 1 cupCoriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupMint leave
  • 1Onion
  • 1Green chilli
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 4-5Black pepper
  • 1/4 tspSaunf / fennel
  • Dry masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspHaldi / turmeic
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspAmchur powder / dry mango
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 4 to 5Garlic
  • 1Onion
  • 4Green chilli
  • For garinsh
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • as requiredDhaniya leave / green coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the matar and soak it for4-5 hours and then boil it.

    Take a blend add chutney ingredients and make a smooth chutney.

    Take a pan add oil, garlic, onion and green chilli cook it till golden brown

    Add dry masala and boiled matar.

    Then add green chuntey and mix it. Bring one boil and cover it with lid and cook it for 10 min.

    Garnish with onion, tomato, and dhaniya leave.

    Serve it with kulcha and green chuntey.
