Cooking Instructions

Toast the bread slices on a grill pan or in a toaster. Before toasting, sprinkle them with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. Once toasted, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

Fry the two eggs sunny side up. Sprinkle salt on top.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, and slice it lengthwise into thin slices, about 1/12 inch (2 mm) thick.

Top each slice of bread with smoked salmon, then avocado slices, and finally the fried egg.
- 5
Sprinkle everything with a handful of chia seeds.
