Wash the mutton,put cooker on gas on high flame add 1 tbsp oil,washed mutton,salt,ginger garlic paste.Cover the lid on high flame

Washe the rice and soaked it for 15 mins.

Put vessel on gas on high flame,add oil, whole spices,and sliced onion.Saute it till the onion become golden brown in colour,when your onion is perfectly golden brown add boiled mutton,chill ginger and garlic crushed,turmeric,red chilli powder and saute it on high flame,add meat masala and again saute it.

Pour water into the mutton,when water is boiled add soaked rice and stir add kasuri methi,lemon juice,salt,chopped coriander leaves,tomatoes,salt.

When 75 % rice cooked then cover it with lid for 10 min after 10 mins off the flame.And now it's ready.
