Steps

Take onions in a bowl. Add besan, chopped ginger and green chillies. Mix well.

Add salt and turmeric. Add little little water and prepare a thick mixture.

Add cooking soda and mix.

Take oil in a pan for frying. Make small ball from the prepared mixture and put them into hot oil.

Fry until it turns crispy and golden brown. It's done.
