1/4 tspHeeng
1 tspajwain
2 tspdhania powder
1 tspLal mirch powder
1 tsphaldi
to tasteSalt
1 tspamchur
as neededwater

Steps

Cut arbi inti pieces. Take pressure cooker, add refined oil, heeng, jeera. Crackle them.

Now add besan. Cook besan till light brown. Then add all spices except salt and amchur.

Mix all the spices nicely. Now add arbi, salt and water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Ready to serve.
