Add 1/2tbsp oil into pan and add onion, green chillies,garlic, ginger and saute for 2 minutes. Let it cool. Add curd.Then make smooth paste. Add 1/2 tsp turneric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder to the paste,mix well and keep aside. Add 2tbsp oil to pan.Add salt and turneric powder to prawn and fry for 1 minute and keep aside.

Add paste to oil. Cook for 1 minute. Add prawn. Cook for 2 minutes.vAdd kasuri methi. After 30 seconds add 2/3 cup of water.

Cook for 10 minutes in low flame using lid. Garnish with slitted green chillies and little bit of curd.
