Ingredients

  1. Mutton:
  2. 1/2 kg chopped to1-inch pieces
  3. 1/2 cupHung curd :
  4. 2 tbspButter/mustard oil:
  5. 2 tbspTikka masala :
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste :
  7. 1 tbspRaw papaya paste :
  8. 1 tspKashmiri red Chilli powder :
  9. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix well the butter,ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste, red chilli powder,curd and salt and marinate the mutton pieces for 2_4 hours or overnight.

    Pre-heat the convection oven at 200 degrees.
    • Place the mutton pieces in the grill tray and cook on combination mode for 16 minutes at 200 degrees.

    Then brown it on convection mode on 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

    Remove and sprinkle chat masala over it along with lemon juice and serve with onion ringlets.
