Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  5. 1/4 cupoil
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract or essence
  7. 4eggs
  8. Makes two batches of cake serves up 7-8 persons

Steps

  1. 1

    Add flour, salt, baking powder in a bowl and combine well Then seperate the egg yoks from the whites. Add the yoks to the dry ingredients and combile... add oil tho the mixture and combine well

    In a seperate bowl beat the egg whites till it becomes fluffly or it forms stiff peaks add powered sugar in two batches... half first then beat it for 1 minute and half again and beat it till it forms stiff peaks and doesn't fall of the spatula. Add 2-3 drops of vanilla extract to avoid the smell of egg whites

    Fold in the whites to the other mixture

    Bake it in oven at 180 degree for 25 - 30 minutes
