  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 poucheno
  5. Water for batter
  6. 1 tspoil
  7. As neededFood colour

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big bowl mix suji,salt and water made batter.

  2. 2

    After 1hour mix eno and food colour. Grease idi stand and pour idli batter in stand.

  3. 3

    Steam for 5 min. Serve with sambhar.
