1/2 tspred chilli
1 tspsalt
Some fresh green dhania
Water
Oil for fry
1/2 tspzeera
1/4 tspchaat masala
1/4 tspgram masala

Mic all dry ingredients with lil water. made a thick paste

In a pan heat some oil for fry. Cut potatoes I. Fries shape.

Mix potatoes with paste and put in pan for fry on medium flame. when it turn into golden brown colour dish out and serve hot. sprinkle some chat masala.
