Oatmeal is very filling and may help you lose weight. Apple contains soluble fiber -the kind that can help lower blood cholesterol levels .

Boil water and add oats cook till thickens add milk,cinnamon powder, walnut, chia seeds and mix well stir continuously on slow flame, add grated apple and cook till semi thick consistency, and lastly add honey mix well and serve

Serve in a bowl garnish with walnut, cinnamon powder and honey.
