  • Thyme
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Season overnight

    Fry in dutchy pot

  3. 3

    Add onions, toms, thyme, spring onion.

  4. 4

    1 cup water or stock

  5. 5

    Allow to simmer

  6. 6

    Cook rice 15mins on high lid off 15 mins on lowest lid on.
