Steps

Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients except cornflour & oil and mix them well.

Keep it for marination for atleast 1hr.

After marination,add oil & cornflour and mix well.

Now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer,chicken is nicely marinated so it will pierce easily.

Heat a pan,brush ¹/² tbsp butter & spread on it.

Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter.(do not overcrowd the pan)

Cover the lid and cook on high flame for 2 mins.After 2 mins,flip it.

Simmer the flame & cook it for another 5 mins.

After 5 mins,open the lid & cook it on high flame till all the water gets dry.

Now heat a charcoal until it's red in colour.Place the coal in a steel glass & put it in the pan.Pour oil over it.

Let it be covered for 2 mins.After 2 mins, remove the lid & serve the tikka with mint chutney.
