Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 teaspoonsyeast
  • 1 tablespoonscardamom
  • 3 table spoonsugar
  • Oil
  • Warm milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Make 2 doughs sugar and the salt for the Salty dough in a bowl put 1 cup of flour add 1 spoon of yeast,cardamon and warm milk and mix the ingredients and knead your dough for 5 to 7 mins

    Do the same to the sugar dough add sugar instead of salt

    Cover and let it double in size for about I hour

  4. 4

    Put the salty one down and the sweet one on top

  5. 5

    Roll both your dough not to thin and not to thick

  6. 6

    Cover and let it rest for 15minutes

  7. 7

    Roll and use a thin thread to cut or a knife into circular shapes

    Deep fry for 3 minutes
