Next time, I'll try making it with stevia to make it healthier, but with oat flour it turned out very good and fluffy.
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- 2
Beat the eggs and sugar together.
- 3
Add the yogurt, the orange (with peel, well washed and chopped), and the olive oil.
- 4
Add the oat flour and baking powder, then mix well.
- 5
Pour half of the batter into the baking pan. Mix the remaining batter with the tablespoon of cocoa powder.
- 6
Pour the cocoa batter into the center of the pan and swirl gently with a fork to create a marbled effect.
- 7
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, remove from the oven and let cool.
