  1. 800 grfresh octopus
  2. 200 grcherry tomatoes
  3. 2tinned chopped tomatoes
  4. 2Garlic cloves
  5. Olive oil
  6. Salt & Pepper
  7. 50 mlwhite wine (optional)

  1. 1

    Put the olive oil and the 2 garlic cloves in the non-sticky pan, cook until golden then remove from the pan and add cherry tomatoes cut in half and cook until tender (5 mins ish)

    Add the octopus, salt, pepper and parsley and leave it to cook for 10 minutes

    Add the chopped tomatoes and the white wine (optional) mixed them all together, put the lid on and leave it to cook for about 45mins or until tender.

I love food and cooking dishes from around the world.... anything and everything you can cook from scratch with fresh ingredients just makes me fall in love with.....Being a Chilean woman from a typical south-american family - “large family”..... where to meet around a big table full of food, after spending hours with mum, sister, sisters in law..... talking and preparing the family favourite dishes was a must on a Sunday..... then marrying an Italian man who grow up experiencing pretty much the same  we just love cooking together our Chilean, Italian and rest of the world dishes!....
