Ingredients

  • 12boil egg
  • 4onion,
  • 1tomato
  • 3green chilli
  • as neededFresh coriander
  • 2Dry red chilli
  • 2 tsphot oil
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspeach salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a frypan and add hot oil in it add cumin

  2. 2

    Add paste of onion, 🍅 tomato fry the paste for 15 min

  3. 3

    Now add all spices and mix well and cover for 10 min.

  4. 4

    Now add 1glass hot water after 5 min.add boil eggs and cover them for 6_ 8 min.

  5. 5

    Now egg curry is ready
