Place a pan over medium flame and add water in it. Once the water starts boiling, add Maggi noodles along with Maggi masala in it. Combine well and cook for 6-8 minutes. Once done, turn off the flame and transfer the cooked Maggi to a bowl. Keep it aside to cool.

Add grated cabbage and carrots, corn flour, salt and chilli flakes to the cooked maggi. Using your hands, mix all the ingredients well and divide into equal portions. And stuff cheese into patties and Make round patties with palm.

Place a non-stick pan over medium flame and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot enough, place the patties one by one in the pan in batches and deep fry them on low flame until golden brown from both sides. Once fried, place these cutlets on a kitchen towel to absorb the extra oil.

Your Maggie cheese cutlets are ready to eat Serve it with tomato ketchup.
