Since when I was a little girl,Fridays r usually always special in our home. It's a tradition in my house .so many activities go on .The food cooked r different from Oda days.it goes with fried chicken 😋 ,zobo/ kunun Aya and so on.we also wear our best clothes 😂.daz y I made it a tradition too In my house n my kids and hubby look up to Fridays bc they know I will b in the kitchen with special meals coming to the table 💃

Wash rice with salt and keep aside to drain

Fry rice with little oil

Add grinded Pepper,tomatoes paste, crayfish,ginger and garlic.continue frying.

Add in stock and bayleaf, seasoning, and allow to boil
