Steps

First in a bowl take all purpose flour and add salt black seeds and oil and mix it nicely for a minute then add water gradually and knead it to make proper dough. Cover the dough with samp cloth and leave it.

Take a bowl add moong dal powder to it and all all the listed ingredients of stuffing and mix well.

Now take small portion of the dough and make round ball of it, flatten it and put some stuffing on it and again make round ball and flatten little bit with the help of palm. Do same with all the dough

Now heat up a pan with oil and drop the balls and fry it till golden brown and crispy on medium to low flame. Fry all of these like that.

Now our delicious Kachori is ready.
