Steps

Cut the spring onions, capsicum, corriander and tomato into small cubes and give a good mix.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt, pepper and tumeric.

Add the cut vegetables and give a good mix. Divide the mixture into two.

Add some cooking oil onto a pan and add the first half of the mixture.
- 5
Let it cook until golden brown and then flip the other side.
- 6
Repeat step 4 and 5 with the remaining mixture. Serve hot and enjoy with ketchup
