  • 50 gmRajma
  • 2 tablespoonOnion chopped
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoonTomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoonRajma mashala
  • 1/2 tspGinger chopped
  • 1/2 tspGreen chilli chopped
  • 1 teaspoonTurmaric powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • A pinchHing / asafoetida
  • 1 tablespoonOil

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    At first clean the Rajma, then soak it for one hour,

  2. 2

    Then boil it for 20 minutes in pressure cooker,

  3. 3

    Now take a pan then poured oil, then add cumin seeds, hing Next add onion, garlic, ginger soute it Next add tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt,Coriander powder, green chilli,soute it gently,

  4. 4

    Next add the boiled Rajma, mix it well cook it 8minute Next add some water as per you,

  5. 5

    Now cook it for 10minutes, at last serve it with rice,

  6. 6

    It's very tasty healthy recipe.
