  3. 7 tablespoonsbutter (about 100 grams)
  4. 3 1/2 ouncescream cheese (about 100 grams)
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

  7. 9 ouncesfrozen broccoli (about 250 grams)
  8. 9 ouncesfrozen cauliflower (about 250 grams)
  9. 3 1/2 ouncesdiced ham (about 100 grams)
  10. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  11. 1 1/2 teaspoonsflour
  12. 1/4 cupwater (about 60 ml)
  13. 3 tablespoonsgrated cheese
  14. 1chicken bouillon cube

    Mix the softened butter with the cream cheese using a fork, add the flour, and combine well.

    Once a ball is formed, place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, finely chop the broccoli and cauliflower in a food processor. Cut the ham and sauté with the butter, then mix with the flour.

    Boil the broccoli and cauliflower for 5 minutes. Combine with the ham and add the cheese and egg. Mix with the cream.
