Ingredients

  • 1cabbage
  • 2Green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 3Potatoes
  • Seasonings
  • 3egg plant
  • 1 cuptomato sauce
  • 1 cupParmesan boiled rice
  • 2 cupmince meat
  • 1onion chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add onions and salt,add mince meat cook until done.

  2. 2

    Allow to cool and mix mince meat with rice.

  3. 3

    Steam the veggies and allow to cool. Stuff each with the filling

  4. 4

    Heat tomato sauce and arrange the veggies,cook for 15mins.

  5. 5

    Serve.
