Ingredients

  1. 1cupFlour
  2. Milk
  3. Sugar
  4. Egg
  5. 1/2 teaspoonBaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add milk (powdered) sugar,baking powder

  3. 3

    Break egg, separate the egg white from yolk

  4. 4

    Whisk egg white until it forms and set aside

  5. 5

    Add water to dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.

  6. 6

    Gentil add in egg whites and stir gently not to loose the trapped air

  7. 7

    Fry in a pan with oil or butter

  8. 8

    Enjoy
