Suji ka Halva

Take a kadahi and add ghee in it. Once heated add suji in it and roast it for a few minutes once suji is somewhat roasted add besan to it and roast it with suji. Once roasted add water and cardamom to it.

Remember quantity of water is always 4 times of suji. Once suji starts to absorb the water and the halwa thickens add sugar to it. Now remember to keep stirring it so the halwa won't stick to the bottom of the pan.

Once you see halwa leavin side of the pan and ghee oozing out of it, switch off the flame. You can add nuts in it. Your halwa is ready.

Serve it hot and enjoy.
