1salmon fillet
1-2 Tablespoonsolive oil
Pinchpepper
Pinchsalt

Lay salmon on a piece of tin foil and apply oil, then lemon zest.

Stick in the oven at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes (check periodically)
3

Take out of the oven and apply pepper, and salt (optional)
4

Serve it up!
