  • 100 gmonion small piece cut
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • to tastechilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil and cumin seed when crackle seed add onion

  2. 2

    When onion golden brown add all spieces and cover lid for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Dry onion is ready,garnish with green chilies.
