Mix all the wet ingredients and sugar and yeast until everything is well combined.

Add in your flour and knead well.This should be a sticky dough.A smooth but sticky dough.Cover and let it rise until doubled in volume.

Prepare your filling by taking 1 cup brown sugar,2 tbsp cinnamon powder half cup soft butter and a quarter tsp of salt.Mix it together and set aside.

Once risen roll it into a rectangular shape and apply the filling.Then roll it into a log shape

Cut with a thread to suit your size preference.approximately 15 rolls.Cover them and let them rise again.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for about 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.

I applied an icing glaze on top by mixing 1 cup icing sugar,1 tsp vanilla and 3 tbsp milk.

Enjoy as a dessert or brunch.
