Ingredients

  • 200 gramsGram daal
  • 2green chillies
  • as needed chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1medim size onion
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak daal for 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Then coursely grind the daal.add chopped onion and green chillies + coriander leaves + salt + turmeric powder and mix it.

    Heat oil and make vada's of it and fry untill golden brown.
