Soak dal overnight in water and mash it.

Take a bowl add dal, salt, baking soda and make batter.

Fry bhalla in a oil and put them in water for 20 mint.

Now press bhalla with hand and take out of water.

Take curd and blend it smoothly.

Take a plate add bhalla, curd and chopped onions,potatoes and green chilli.

Sprinkles all spices now and add all spices.

Now serve it.
