Put the mince in a sufuria, add salt, garlic ginger paste, coriander powder and start cooking it without adding water as you break it

When the meat dries up, add the onions and a little oil, mix till the onions are translucent

Add tomatoes and mix well till they become marshy

Add the tomato paste and a little sugar to break the acidity, add the chilli flakes too

Taste and adjust seasoning

Let this mixture cook well, and add garam masala

Let cook more a bit and remove sufuria from the heat source

Add in chopped dania

The mince now is ready to be rolled

On a chapati, put some mince on one end and start rolling

Cut the chapati in the middle in whatever style

Your chapati roll is now ready to be served
