  • Fresh pepper

  • Left over roasted catfish

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Slice into small cuts

  2. 2

    In a pot, add the stew, pepper, onions, seasoning cubes, crayfish and water enough to cook the potatoes bring to boil and add the potatoes and left over catfish allow to cook till done.
