Take a bowl put yeast,sugar pour lukewarm water mix well leave 5mins for dissolve

Take a big bowl Steve whole wheat flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt,butter and yeast solution,milk powder mix well palm free kneaded doe

Transfer doe butter greased bowl close cloth leave 5 hour it will increase the size

Then take out make as bread shape give buttermilk wash ontop

Sprinkle all multigrains on top of bread roll on it transfer bread doe onto baking tray place oven set temperature 220degree @40mins

Then open up close cloth leave 1hour for chill and bread will set it then then ready to serve...best to have sandwich salad along with tea and multigrain bread
