Ingredients

  1. 2mashed avocados
  2. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonjeera powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. Ginger garlic and green chilli minced
  8. 1 teaspoonoil
  9. 2 cupschappati flour
  10. Some lukewarm water
  11. 1 bowloil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the avocados and add all the ingredients together to make a soft dough. And leave the dough for an hour to settle.

  2. 2

    Then roll the parathas round like a chappati. And bake them on the chappati maker putting oil on both sides. They taste lovely with yoghurt and pickle.
