Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoontomato paste
  • 1 teaspoonmixed spices
  • 1 teaspoontumeric
  • 1/2 tablespoonsoysauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoonswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs and shallow fry them till well cooked

    In another pan, fry the onions

    Add in the tomatoes and cover to simmer for a few seconds

    Add in the salt, tomato paste, soysauce and other spices

    Add in the water to make sauce

    Cut the fried eggs into pieces and add into the sauce then stir and let them cook for 30seconds
