Put refined oil in a utensil and heat it. Fry eggs and then keep them separate.Add red chilli, bayleaf and cloves

Add chopped tomatoes and all the species along with grated ginger and green chilli. Cover and Cook till oil seperates

Add egg curry Masala and fried eggs and cook

Add some boiled water and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish coriander
