Ingredients

Hot dogs
Potatoes
Large onion
Olive oil
to tasteSalt
Thyme

Steps

Peel, chop and wash potatoes. Dry well using kitchen paper

Put in a roasting tin. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and thyme. Mix well with a spoon. Roast at 200 for 25-30 mins

Take out add chopped onion
4

Add chopped hot dogs. Mix well and roast for another 20 mins or so
