Steps

Peel 2 potatoes, thinly slice to fingers and deep fry in hot oil till crisp golden brown.
Finely chop 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 2 green chillies, few garlic cloves and a small ginger piece.
Heat a tsp oil in a pan. Add onion, green chillies, capsicum, garlic and ginger in it. Saute for a minute.
Add salt as per taste, 1 tsp ketchup, 1 tsp schezwan chutney. Add in fried fingers, give a good mix. Serve hot with sprinkle of chopped coriander and roasted sesame.
