Except butter take all ingredients in bowl mix well cover bowl for 20 mins keep aside.

After 20 mins knead dough 10 mins after 10 mins add butter and knead again 5 mins.

Then to make each 50 gms dough ball keep them on greased baking tray.Cover tray and keep aside for 15 mins.

Then after 15 mins tap the ball using oil hand give round shape and stick some coriander leaves on it.

Than again 15 mins proof it.

After 15 mins bake preheated oven at 200c for 10 mins.

Serve with matter.

But by adding more water, kneading the dough well, and letting it rest, I was able to make tender and delicious ones.The amount of water indicated is a guideline only. Please adjust the amount depending on the dough. If the dough is too hard, the chapatis will be hard and dry and not very good.
