Chocolate turtle bread

First take yeast and sugar in a bowl mix it and add lukewarm water in it and let it sit for ten mins. It will become frothy.

Now measure the maida with baking powder and baking soda then add the butter and mix well till it forms crumbles then add yeast mixture and make a dough and let it rest for an hour. The measurement in picture includes all ingredients weight.

To make turtles first make the body which is the biggest ball then roll out like chapati and spread chocolate spread over it, fold the ends and make a big ball.Then do it for the head also and attach the head to the body.Let the head be little smaller than the body.

For the legs it’s optional to add the Chocolate spread make small balls for the legs and attach it to the turtle.

Now take a knife and make a pattern of checks on the turtle body and grease the turtle with milk to get a brown colour over it. Attach the chocolate chips as eyes and bake in preheated over of 180 degrees for 17 mins. Sprinkle water and bake to avoid bread becoming dry.
