Ingredients

  • Dried mangoes(cut like chips)
  • 1/4 kgSugar
  • 1 glassWater
  • Food colouring
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sugar, salt, food colouring and water in a sufuria

  2. 2

    Heat the mixture and till it thickens up but avoid burning the sugar

  3. 3

    Add the dried mango and reduce the heat to low and stir well

  4. 4

    Its ready
