Marinate the meat (add the seasonings,curry,pepper, and mix all together) then mix with water and then add the meat in the same bowl

Keep the it for 30mins

Put the stick on the skewer(meat,onion then meat)

Put into a foil paper then cover all and cook for 1hour

When its done serve with cold water
